Microphone for $200 Aud

whats the best mic i can get for $200 (Australian dollars) 

 

i need one with the ability to cut out my loud mechanical keyboard a little and fans, i don't need total silence but would be nice if my mates couldn't here that stuff.

if cutting those out is your main concern get a yeti i suppose, friend has it without any strap on filters and depending on placement his khail blue keyboard is barely hear-able. can get one of those fancy stands and a filter strap on for it with leftover money. generally blue is the way to go for a quality mic.
