Searching for portable Headphones

Hey,

I'm searching for portable good looking headphones, obviously they shouldn't sound like crap. The headphones should be either over ear or on ear and should be around 150$-250$. I hope someone can help.

Lstn Ebony Wood Encore: warm sound.

PSB M4U2: warm sound

PSB M4U1: a bit more neutral than the PSB M4U2

Sennheiser Momentum.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...
