What kind of RAM do you have?  How is it plugged into your board?

Sorry for my late response.

 

Did you get it worked out yet?  I have the same board as you and i recommend reinserting the ram sticks.  I dont know wtf they were thinking with their ram slot design, in that only one end of the ram slot has the lock in push tabs.  I had a situation where the ram wouldnt insert properly on the non push tab end.  This caused the ram to be "sometimes detected" by the pc.  Maybe in your case, you have the ram sticks pushed in a little better but not completely, so that when your motherboard heats up, the slot flexes and then loses contact with the ram module.  

 

Try reinserting your ram.  As you put it in, push with equal force on both sides until the topside makes contact with the lock in push tab.  Then push and make sure the non push tab end is all the way in before pushing the lock in tab end in.
