Instant Performance Loss (CAM)

So, I finally got my NZXT Hue+, and installed the CAM software, and I have noticed that when running most games that I used to be able to run 60fps, I run at about 30fps, maybe 40 if lucky (Such as Arma 3). I am not perfectly sure if it is CAM software, but I have not installed any software at all since then.

Have you tried exiting CAM when playing the games?
