I purchased an MSI GTX 970 Gaming 100ME and EVGA Hadron Air (Mini ITX case).

The problem is the video card doesn't fit in the case :(.

The IO backplate of the graphics card gets in the way with the case so it doesn't fit.

I recently purchased a Dremel 4000 6/50, but I have no experience or any idea how to properly use the tool.

I need to cut the highlighted stuff on the image

so

-What RPM should I set the Dremel?

-What cutting blade should I use

Yeah, we're all just a bunch of idiots experiencing nothing more than the placebo effect.

For cutting the case I would recommend to mask off the area and mark the cut lines you want onto the tape and cut away from the lines and afterwards file things straight and to the mark. As for the cutting I woudl recommend to use a reinforced abrasive cutting wheel and for RPM it's mainly based on feel but turn it up 75% that should be pretty good for most jobs.
