What you have circled in the photo are not brackets.  They are referred to as metal angles or L beams.  Go to a hardware store and you can find them in various sizes, thicknesses and steel, aluminium, iron, etc.

If you want brackets, just look for metal brackets that come in various shapes and designs, pre-made.
