I am trying to fix my wife laptop, it is a Thinkpad W550s. For work she uses Outlook,Word, Excel, Lynch, one note open all the time. Even with some apps closed disc is always at 100%. what can I to fix this. What information do you guys need to help me out? here is 2 images of resource screen. one thing I found is process name is System and compressed memory is always at or around 97% see images 3 and 4

Wow if it turns out to be Onedrive I will be so happy. Ive been plagued with this on my sons laptop and the only way he could use it was to leave it for 10mins after booting up. Gonna try now :D

will try, she is working on it at moment so i will have to try this in about an hour or so, on another forum. they said it has to do with malware. 

" I would very much worry you have some kind of disk encrypting malware/ransomware firing up. Barring that, the HD could be failing, but I'd do a malware scan first. Just theories, don't panic just yet, but investigate for sure. "
