I dont hear anything, using hyperx cloud 2

Hi, I cant hear anything with the headphone's
I tried it on another pc and it works great, but on mine it doesnt for some reason

what type of usb port are you using? i recomend using 3.0 or 3.1 with the usb sound card but im sure that it wont work wit usb 1.0 but mabye with 2.0

it has the usb

I've tried all the al connetcors

what windows are you using becuse some usb devices dont have drivers on windows 10
