That really depends on how much you want to spend and how much you care about looks.

I wouldn't really advise buying used watercooling parts. If something has a leak, you're risking the entire system.

Probably anywhere from $150 to $300+

Assuming I already have a GPU block, about how much would it cost to do a GPU-only cooling loop in my PC. I am OK with used parts, but I just need a rough idea of how much I can expect to pay. Thanks!

Well how much cooling do you want? You could get away with a 120, and that will grant pretty good performance, but if you want them epic temps, go with a 240mm rad. A quick scan of Performance-PCS inventory of 240mm radiators says the average price of a good one will be about $75. A cheap pump and res combo for $100, some tube for let's call it $20, and $7 per fitting X4 for the amount of things you need fittings for, giving a grand (guesstimated) total of $223 before shipping, tax, and other fees. OOOORRRR, you could get a predator, take of the CPU block, and swap in your GPU block for $20 less and less hassle.
