AMD Motherboard no post

help, please. I just finished building my rig, (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/z7YGsY) and I turn it on and no beeps, no display, nothing. Only the fans turn on and GPU light turns on. Nothing else. I don't know if it's the processor or the motherboard. I have tried switching the ram slots around and that didn't help. please help me.
