It's most likely a PSU issue maybe you are not getting an stable current, it's known that electrical devices  behave in a wired way while they are powered with an old or broken power supply, so I suggest to try your rig on a different PSU

My PSU its brand New. It doesnt even have 1 month of usage..

No. Just no. Sorry. Nuh-uh. Impossibru. No. The motherboard controls when the system turns on, and the pins that tell the motherboard when to turn on are never connected to the power supply. The mobo tells the supply when to wake up from sleep. There is no way this is a power supply issue. Sorry.
