Weird problem after pc shutdown (New rig)

Hi guys, 

 

I have a weird problem with my pc after i shut it down. After 10 minutes it powers up. I dont know why this is happening. The only thing that ive done in bios is to turn off usb wakening.

Corsair rmi750w

8gb ram

Gigabyte z170 gaming 5 

NOCTUA NH-D14 

 

I've turned off because If i was moving my mouse while pc is off, The lights of my mouse stays off. Sorry for my bad english

I had a similar issue with my rig a while back where it would power on after thirty seconds of being off, every other shut down. Try disabling Wake on LAN in the bios.

It's most likely a PSU issue maybe you are not getting an stable current, it's known that electrical devices  behave in a wired way while they are powered with an old or broken power supply, so I suggest to try your rig on a different PSU

My PSU its brand New. It doesnt even have 1 month of usage..

No. Just no. Sorry. Nuh-uh. Impossibru. No. The motherboard controls when the system turns on, and the pins that tell the motherboard when to turn on are never connected to the power supply. The mobo tells the supply when to wake up from sleep. There is no way this is a power supply issue. Sorry.
