Please help

Hello,

I don't know if anyone could help or has heard of this issue. But my computer at random times freezes up and then the mouse starts to lag and then it starts to beep when ever I move it across the screen. I tried unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in but after that it doesn't turn back on. In order for me to fix this I have to hard reset my computer everytime. I have a razer mamba tournament edition. Any and all help would be appreciated, thank you!
