Budget Build CPU Help

I am building a budget gaming pc with this gpu (gtx 950 2gb) http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA92G3UY1893&cm_re=msi_geforce_gtx_950_oc-_-14-127-919-_-Product

 

What cpu do you guys recommend? My budget for it would be anything around $150 CAD and lower. I will be playing games like H1Z1, CS:GO and Skyrim.
