You might be able to get a cheaper case, but that's about it. Watt kind of PSU?

don't go AMD. wait for Zen and hope they are good. (though the 6300 is still pretty good for the price.)

What kind of budget? If for gaming, what resolution you gonna play at, at what refresh rate and what kind of games you gonna play?

Wait for AMD's new CPU series that will kick the FX 6300's butt. I would recommend that you state your budget, resolution that you're gonna play at, preference, and the type of power supply you have.

what games do you want to play? at 30 FPS? 60 FPS? 1080p? I can't really say its a good build if i dont know what you want to do with it.

also, there is a dedicated section on the forums for these posts (New builds and Planning)

Gaming - Ryzen 5800X3D | 64GB 3200mhz  MSI 6900 XT Mini-ITX SFF Build

Home Server (Unraid OS) - Ryzen 2700x | 48GB 3200mhz |  EVGA 1060 6GB | 6TB SSD Cache [3x2TB] 66TB HDD [11x6TB]

I play anything from counter strike to h1z1 to payday 2. with CS:GO i obviously want 100+ fps on max but on h1z1 im going for anything above 30fps on some decent settings. i also guess 1080p not too sure (im new to this stuff) budget is under $620 CAD.

If you're planning on gaming with your PC, having 6 cores isn't going to increase performance.  Maybe look at a quad core with a higher clock speed.  Personally, I would for Pascal to come out before buying a GPU.  If you really need it now, save some money on your CPU, and get this instead:
