So the computer is pre-build in computer store but components are changeable! My budget max is the current price of the pc, which is 2300 euros. I know, component are more expensive in Finland but still gonna buy them here. I'm just asking what would you change and why keeping the price about same but possibly making the pc better?

Edit: to clarify, this pc would be completely for hardcore gaming use. And the reason why Im putting so much money is that I really want some hardcore gaming pc.

What do you intend on doing with this pc, that you need all this stuff for ?

I also like to max out a component builder sometimes for the hell of it, but you seem serious about this.

What is the main use of this PC?
If its just for gaming then i would change the 32GBs of ram to 16,

I would also kill that PSU with fire as thats what it would do to your PC, Get something like a EVGA G2 or Seasonic PSU.

CPU: i5 6600k OCed to 4.5Ghz @ 1.35v, GPU: R9 390 Nitro, Motherboard: Asus z170-A, CPU Cooler: H100i GTX, RAM: HyperX 2x8 16gb DDR4, PSU: Seasonic x650, Storage: 850 EVO 500gb, WD 1tb blue, Case: H440 White/Black

I don't know to much about that Cooler, and that is quite allot of RAM, but other than that you might want to pick up a better quality PSU.

A lot of this is over kill, but i would change the 6700k to the 5820k because of the higher pcie lane count and it also supports ddr4 and with a good cooler you can get a good overclock on it. That leads onto the second things I would change, the maelstorm 240 has had bad reviews, i would go for a h105 or a h110 or a x61 instead,i would change the motherboard to an x99a raider because the 5820k uses the 2011v3 chipset. This PSU is going to be not of great quality, I would change it to the EVGA superNOVA 650w or 750w

This is a gaming rig.  You don't need that much storage.  I recommend leaving the HDD out of the case entirely.  You can buy a hot swap dock and plug any HDD in when you need it:  http://www.anandtech.com/show/6014/startechcom-usb-30-to-sata-ide-hdd-docking-station-review

What do I need to look for in a PSU? For example would Corsair RM750x 750w be better?

DONT GET THE 6700K IT IS SUCH A BAD VALUE, get the 5280k you get two more cores plus some more things for the same money.

But if my main purpose is gaming isnt 6 cores just useless? Besides i would have to get more expensive motherboard for 5820k. And with faster base clock speed in 6700k isnt it better for gaming?

The faster clock speed is better up to four cores.  If a game can use more than four cores, the clock will lose to the extra cores of the 5820K.  You will be fine gaming with the i7 6700K, but the 5820K is a better all around CPU.

X99 motherboards can be had for $150.
