ISP Upgrade question?

Tyrosen

I was wondering what happens when you upgrade an ISP package, say from Verizon 60 Mbps to Verizon 100 Mbps. Will a person come in to install it?

No. It'll just get faster.

..Or at least we can hope... It is an ISP...

Thanks! I was curious, because next month my family is getting a 1000 Mbps upgrade, but my parents setup all the internet stuff in their room, so it's going to be awkward if a random guy walk in there

if you're going to 1000Mbps I would expect some sort of hardware upgrade to have to take place..... but if you meant 100Mbps then there shouldn't be any changes on-site. they'll just increase your cap.

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:
