Fan Controller That has 0%

Are there any fan controllers that can turn fans all the way to 0%.

A lot of them do but depends on the kind ur looking for, slider controllers give a range of power while electronic ones might let u go to 0% many have no middle ground from 0%-40% since most fans won't start spinning at such a lower power setting. Do a little bit of research to make sure the fan controller you're getting will achieve 0%. Hope that was helpful (:

The sunbeam rheobus can turn the fan off.

Except for that, there isn't a lot of cheap (but strong (30w per channel) fan controller that can turn the fan off.
