I need a USB WiFi and Bluetooth adapter that actually works and is compatible with Windows 10.

Does it have to be USB? USB wifi dongles tend to be absolute trash, PCIE ones are much better.

No it doesn't have to be USB if you can recommend a decent PCI/PCIE
