Is This Mobo Good

Hello everyone. I would be building a computer in summer when i get the money, but is this motherboard any good?

Motherboard: AsRock 980de/u3s3

If it is not, tell me what you recommend and im Finnish so everything is bit more expensive and my setup in pcpartpicker would be something about 400$ while  its 500 euros in here. I do have monitor and keyboard already too.

If you can tell me better MoBo, it should need to work with this system:

Cpu:amd fx-6300

MoBo:AsRock 980de/u3s3 or something else with am3+ socket

Ram:Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB ddr3-1600Mhz

HDD:Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB

Gpu:Asus Gtx 750Ti Oc

Psu:XFX 430W TS Edition

Case:Bitfenix Nova

Ps.I have been making this setup from january, so time has gone to this thing and i think it starts to be pretty done for now.

nope…. just no. get an i3 6100 and the cheapest h110 motherboard you can find with ddr4 and get ddr4 memory

Hmm... I assume you're building this for gaming right? I wouldn't go with AsRock tho, I'd go with something from either ASUS or Gigabyte that's in your price range like the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P or something similar. Sure it costs a bit more but than that AsRock board but it'll be more dependable. I'd also try to get one of their newer mobos depending on whether or not you intend to go with Windows 10 or not.
