How to make fans always on 980ti

Built a new budget build. Using MSI Gaming 970 mobo, and 8350 cpu. Graphics card is the 980ti FTW.  The fans don't kick on till 60c so in game am getting temps on my board of 150 degrees fahrenheit. Which I hate. 

Question is how can I make the 980ti fans always run? to reduce heat. Thanks

Thanks y'all just did this, fans are going now:)  Is there a way to close MSI afterburner and it still keep going? Right not its making me keep it open

it'll minimize to tray
