I can't update it

So my little sister want's to play minecraft on her laptop but everytime she joins a server minecraft crashes so she told be about it and I reported it on mojang. Mojang replied that i should update the video card on her laptop but when i update it it's always up to date

Do the following:

 

1. Download the latest driver from the Intel website

2. Uninstall the current drivers (Right click Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager -> Right click Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 -> Uninstall

3. Launch the installer for the latest Intel Driver you downloaded in step one

 

That should do it. Windows Update often is quite behind in driver versions.
