Help w/ server board

I have 2 E5440 xeon processors. (quad core, 2.83ghz/12m/1333, socket 771), and 8GB ddr2 ecc ram. Which is a pretty good set I think since it was free. I want to put it all together with something semi-useful. It's for the experiment of it and possible practicality since I'm sure you'll all be curious. Anyway if anyone could help 1) let me know if this ---> http://www.ebay.com/itm/Asus-Z75-WS-Motherboard-Dual-Xeon-/291714727568?hash=item43eb8d7e90:g:qyEAAOSwwpdW70VL#viTabs_0 is properly compatible, if it is I'll be set (I think), if not 2) can you recommend something different or give me advice for looking for one. Thank you so much.

If the sockets match up and it's meant for dual processors, I don't think there will be a problem.

You know how it is, the cow goes "moo", the dog goes "woof" and the gamer goes "The PvP is unbalanced."

As far as I can tell it should work great- I will say though having had a slightly faster one of those (e5450, same process node, just a slightly faster clock), even just one of them... it's a fairly effective quad-core space heater :) but it's a pretty fast system.

If I'm lucky it'll save on the heating build in exchange for some fun :P.
