Weird Mouse Issue

Hello all,

I am having a very weird problem with my mouse. I have a steelseries Rival. After I turn on my computer about an 2-4 hours after i start using the computer my mouse will seize to click anymore. The weird part is the computer will start making noise every single time the mouse is moved and will continue to repeat the noise while the cursor slowly jumps to the spot that it needs to be. I have the latest Steelseries engine. I am kinda lost at this point. Not sure what to do. I dont have another mouse to test right now. I am running windows 10.

system specs? is your chipset and usb driver up2date?

4690K

Asus ROG VI extreme motherboard

Corsair H100i 

dual GTX 970s

Kingston SSD

1000W PSU

 

I have not tried updating USB drivers. I will do that now.

Its coil whine noise. Try disabling any power saving features in BIOS.

Its not coil whine. Its coming out of my speakers

And your speakers are powered via USB?

Nope. They are externally powered by an amp.

Have tried installing all the drivers I can possibly think of and its still doing it. Ive also tried different USB ports. Still not sure if its windows or if its the mouse.
