Guys i am from India so PC part picker is useless, even if i convert Rs into USD, factors like tax, availability affect the price of a product. For my new PC, i have two build 1 & 2 ( from build i mean CPU, mobo, case combo ) . My budget for CPU + mobo + case is Rs 29,000. My question is which build you will recommend? & which combo in that particular build you will recommend?. Now If i am able to save money in this combo than i will buy an good SATA SSD ( Rs 5,000 ) or SSHD ( Rs2,000 ). If i am not able to save money, than i will add it later.

Factors that matters to choose the build is performance, power, features, look (may or may not be, what do you think should i consider look)

Build 1                                                                               Build 2

CPU : i5 6500  (Rs 15,500)                                              CPU : i5 4460 ( Rs 13,500 )

Mobo :                                                                               Mobo :

1) Gigabyte GA -B150M-D3H  ( Rs 8,000 )                      1) MSI H97 gaming 3 ( Rs 10,000 )

2) Gigabyte GA -H110M -S2  ( Rs 5,500)                         2) MSI B85-G41 PC mate ( Rs 6,000 )

Case :                                                                              Case :

1) Circle cabinet CC821  ( Rs 2,800 )                             1) Corsair cabinet 88R    ( Rs 3,800 )

2) Cooler master CMP 250  ( Rs  2,700 )                        2) Cooler master Force 500 ( Rs  3,200 )

3) Cooler master Force 500 ( Rs  3,200 )                       3) Corsair spec 1     ( Rs 4,000 )

                                                                                         4) Circle cabinet CC821   ( Rs 2,800 )

                                                                                         5) Corsair cabinet 100R    ( Rs4,000 )

Note : don't need to think about other parts like RAM, PSU, GPU. I will decide that later when i am done with CPU, mobo ,Case combo. Price of this part will not affect other except SSD
