PC crashes/freezes when installing drivers

So my PC crashes/freezes when i try to update my motherboard drivers. I have no idea why it does that, even restart button doesnt work. i need to just force shut down. 

I should add that i just installed new motherboard, cpu and ram

Did you try to boot into safe mode and install the driver from there?

Maybe something is interfering with the installation process.

Well thats the one thing that i still havent tried. I've been thinking of trying it but never gotten into it.

Using safe mode is a good idea. Also make absolutely sure they're the right drivers (right version of your OS, right model of motherboard, etc.).
