I recently built my first PC and started having some issues yesterday. Here is my build specs.

-Motherboard:  MSI X99S sli krait  edition

-CPU:  I7 5820K with Corsair H105 water cooler

-G Skill Ripjaws V Series 32G 3200 ram

-GPU: EVGA Titan X hybrid

-PSU:  EVGA Supernova G2 850

-Samsung 850 SSD 250G

-WD 1TB Blue hard drive x 4 in RAID 10

-Windows 10 pro 64bit OS

Problem started after using the OC genie setting on my mother board.  It started by not booting and had an A3 postcode.  I had to change to settings from IDE back to raid and then it would boot.  Since then at start it shows the raid setting and sits on a black screen for a few minutes with the A2 code in the bottom right. After a few minutes it goes to the bios page for another minute and then finally boots up windows. I have since turned off OC genie and it stills has the same issue. I have checked the boot priority and made sure the SSD was first. The computer runs after booting up without any issues noticed as of yet. I know it may still be working, even if not correctly, but it really is bothering me. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue or is it just how it's going to be?  I am still kind of new to PC building and troubleshooting so if there is any other info needed let me know. Thanks in advance for advice!

A2 on MSI is boot device error.

Unplug any USB devices and restart.
Then plug one device in at a time and see which device causes the A2 error on boot.
