Network Cord Extender

So I need my Ethernet cord to go like another 5 feet  and is there an extender I can get? Also would I degrade performance?

EDIT: Or an in between part with female ends on each side.

You can get a coupler and short length of cable, it won't affect things really in any way as long as your under the 100M length for cat 5e:

The cord is only 50 feet, thanks
