case for $60-70

hi, i need a case to house my build. it can be a mid or full tower, has to be $60-$70, has to fit large graphics cards, has to fit 2 5.25in drives, and having a side window would be a huge bonus.

i like this case because it matches my blue and black themed build, however it has no 5.25in bays which i need for the optical drive and fan controller

Sorry, the way you formatted "  2 5.25in drives " made my eyes see 2.5in drives.
