Looking for a Program

Hi. I just recalled a program I had used a while ago and I'm hoping somebody can help me locate it.

Unfortunately I don't remember a name (or if it even had one) so I'll try to describe it to the best of my ability.

 

The program was web based, I had saved the website but I don't think it survived a few OS wipes/switches.

The site would allow you to upload an image, and then begin generating polygons that would eventually look like your image.

I know of other programs to do this, but this program had one unique thing. It would place these polygons in a 3D space and you were able to mouse drag around to the sides which made for a very unique effect.

It was a very plain website, I believe it had a control panel on the left to control the speed of generation and a few other things. 

I believe it was a few years ago that I was using it, and I've done all of the digging I know how to do in order to try and find it. No luck.

If anyone has any idea what it was or where to find it, any help would be much appreciated.

SO you don't remember any of it,cause that could be useful if you even knew a bit.Also was it .com .ca . org or something else.
