Currently I am using these fans but the inside temps of my case are not dropping like you would think they should. I'm only getting about 1-2 temp drop. What better fans should I use. I'm not worried about the noise level since it acts like background noise for me.

Stop, as much as I like Gentle Typhoon and Noctuas, those Aerocool Sharks are actually good fans, and if you aren't noticing a large temperature decrease it is because your computer isn't getting hot enough for it to really matter between a 2 dollar lower quality fan, and a much more expensive fan. When it comes to CASE temperature (radiators are different) you can get by on really crappy cheap loud fans, because they do push air. When you start spending more money on case fans you are usually doing it for aesthetics and silence.

Currently I have the Cooler Master HAF 932 case. I'm useing the Asus AI Suite II to monitor the temps with. I have 4 of the Aerocool Shark fans on the side cover for now. The AI Suite is showing the MB at 34 degrees C / 93.2 degrees F with just face book and a movie running. I'm not worried about the noise because I can't stand to be in a quiet room and the sound of the fans act as back ground noise for me. Normally I have a game, movie and web pages running all at the same time or running Folding@Home and World Community Grid. I used a Anemometer to check the air flow speed and ambient temps with but I'm not sure if it's working properly. The air speed was about 6 miles per hour on both sides and the temps were both 74 degrees F on both sides.
