A K CPU means it's overclockable.  A B motherboard means it can't.  Either get a non-K CPU or upgrade to a Z motherboard.

QUOTE ME IN A REPLY SO I CAN SEE THE NOTIFICATION!

When there is no danger of failure there is no pleasure in success.

I would add a sound card

And external card is better for producing than a gaming card.

A computer sound card would be a waste of money for producers, you want a legit external sound card and interface like listed in that article.

That is a little bit more money but the motherboard makes more sense, having more, faster RAM will help if you load a lot of VSTs, the PSU is a step up and modular, and I actually saved you some money on the GPU.

Hey I'm a electronic music producer and gamer and I have been picking out parts and was wondering if it would fit most requirements. Please tell me fam. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4pBjP6

Hold on there partner, I know for a fact that that case will not fit the 212 Evo. I used to have that NZXT 210 and I was bummed when I learned that lesson the hard way.

I'd recommend this case: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcacore2300bl

I use it for my workstation and it DOES fit the 212 Evo and it's a great case. Definitely not for silence enthusiasts.

Your build is a great one, except for the cost of that Windows 10 key! OP should check out kinguin.com or /r/microsoftsoftwareswap for some better deals on Windows keys. This way you can spend more on a better GPU?

I just edited a few things from @nitratemusic's original list, he already had it on there.  I actually used kinguin myself.
