did you have the correct input chosen?

My rig: r7 1700 @ 3.9/1.35v, 16gb ddr4 3200, assorted rando SSDs, hx 1050, vega 64 1650/1025

in addition to what Randomness said ....

 

After checking that and still no result , start doing some troubleshooting, Check the ram make sure you seated everything correctly ,   then go through each part ,  down to the video card ,  if still nothing works , then it could be a defective psu or motherboard.

 

dont freak out and jump to conclusions though  ,, narrow down the source.

Video cable plugged in where? Also, have you got the EPS cable plugged in? (4 or 8 pin on the motherboard, make sure it's EPS and not PCIe).
