390x Issues

I built a new system last month.

Specs are:

i5 6600k @4.4

Asus Z170AR

MSI 390X

16gb Corsair 2133

EVGA 750 G2

Corsair h100i

 

The system was running great until recently I cant even load GTAV or Metro Last Light, I keep getting 100% CPU usage and GPU keeps throttling. AMD drivers are the latest running crimson 16.2. I have this gpu running at 1150mhz on the core and 1600mhz on the memory with zero issues until now. Their should be zero bottleneck, idk if its just driver related or game issues. Temps are are great idle at 21C and at load are around 72C depending on room temperature. If any one has any insight please comment.

Try the 16.3 hotfix

make sure to disable "Power Efficiency" also.

Thanks man, I just updated to 16.3 same issue. How do you disable Power Efficiency.

Figured it out, it was in Global settings seems to have to worked, cpu usage still seems kinda high but I'll take it as long as the game works, thanks for replying.
