Hey.. So my friend just turned her pc on and this appeared on her screen. She can't proceed to boot her pc. It's just stuck here, and no matter what you press it doesnt go thru or show the problem..
We tried unplugging the power cable from psu, and taking out the motherboard battery but neither solved the problem.
So do you guys know what could be the problem, because I dont even know what to google as there is no description of the problem.
Thank you.

The primary master disk is "none" restart the PC and go into the bios and change the boot priority's to the hard drive.

Hope this helps :P

EDIT: maybe the boot disk is dead?

Go into the BIOS, you should be able to set your normal HD as the primary drive. In case your HD doesn's show up, see if the SATA and the power connector are both connected with the HD. if they are connected, see if changing the SATA port on the motherboard helps. If everything i said doesn't work, you most likely have a dead HD.
