I'm planing to buy a computer with

 

Sapphire Radeon R9 390 Nitro backplate

intel core i5 6600k 3,5 GHz

Gigabyte GA-Z170-Gaming K3

Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR4 2400 MHz 16 GB (2 x 8GB)

EVGA superNOVA G2 650W

Samsung 850 EVO series 250 GB SSD

WD Blue WD10EZEX 64 MB 1 TB

cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

 

is there any thing i should change ?

Looks pretty good. Do you have a case?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
