problems with 4k TV

Hello! I have recently purchased a 42inch samsung 4k curved tv. I am having a few problems with it! when i am watching youtube on the tv its 100% crisp and clear 

but when i watch tv its horrible quality!

Any ideas on how to fix it? or turn the resolution to 1080P

It could just be your tv provider isn't sending the signal in 4k, probably only HD

You know how it is, the cow goes "moo", the dog goes "woof" and the gamer goes "The PvP is unbalanced."

you might find it somewhere in the manual- which no one reads- for your cable box or your tv, I can't say for sure.
