Having and issue coolermaster

I started having issues with my psu, it's a Cooler Master 1000 watt silent pro m gen 1 I got it brand new last year. The issue is it only runs on high fan I wasn't sure if this was a windows 10 issue sense there are so many of if my psu is just constantly running hot (even right at start up) any one else having this issue or heard of this issue

Contact Cooler Master right away, as well as stop using the system. It could just be due to a faulty temp sensor or fan but not really worth the risk. You could try touching the side of the PSU while it is doing what you explained to see if it is actually hot or just a faulty temp sensor/fan. Either way, contact Cooler Master, they have great customer service.

O have toutched it it's not actually hot I'm wondering if it's windows 10 drawing lots of power cuz I did have to Shut off my oc when I first upgraded for the same reason
