Best 27inch Moniter?

Hello, I am looking for a new moniter, I don't really have enough space on my desk for two 24inch moniters so I was looking into a 27inch monter? I currently have a AOC 23inch IPS moniter and I was thinking of selling this to get money towards a new moniter. The moniters I am looking at are:

Let me know which one you would choose or a different one for around £200, thanks, maybe 1440p but I'm not sure I could get one for around £200-£300. Thanks
