LAN Wired SSID

1HyperCube1

Just wandering if anyone knows how to change the SSID of your network, when using a wired connection. Photo attached. I have access to my router's gateway settings but can't find anything in there to do with it, I can only find the wireless SSID "name editor".

Open Network and sharing. Then click on the house where it says network 2. Once you have done that you can change the name :)

First up, SSID is a wireless thing only and has almost nothing to do with wired networks.

Second, Why do you want to change it?

Third, the only way I know of changing it is through regedit

Unfortunately I can't seem to do any of that on Windows 10. :( And for some weird reason my network is listed under "private network" not "home network", and I can't change it? :(

Private and Home networks are the same thing in windows. Wouldn't worry about it.
