voltage Voltage discrepancies everywhere!

So I am working on overclocking my CPU (6400) on an MSI Z170A PC MATE and I am having trouble setting voltages. The vcore voltage I set in BIOS is usually ~0.10 V lower than the vcore shown in hwmonitor and hwinfo. What could be causing this and is it a problem? Or can I just refer to the vcore in hwinfo?

Are you going of the MAX VCore value it shows in HWMonitor

All vcore values are quite a bit higher: min, max, and avg

BIOS vcore:1.110 V

HWinfo min:1.176 V

HWinfo max:1.208 V

HWmonitor is same as info

 

Also, voltage is set in override mode.
