Monitor doesn't get output from GPU until multiple hard resets

Hossain

Guys, I need help!

I am suffering from this weird problem since I bought my GPU and PSU last month. I don't get output in my monitor until I turn my PC on and off multiple times. All my hardware are fine as I have tested them separately, but still I am willing to take recommendations.
Please check the video attached.

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i3 4160
Mobo: Asus B85M-Gamer
GPU: Zotac GTX950
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 450W Bronze
Ram: G-Skill Ripjaw 4GB

Just as a future reference... I wouldn't recommend attaching a file we can't view from this page. Looks really sketchy. Youtube links are usually the best way to share videos.

Does the built in video still output video? You might have to go into the BIOS and change the video output to PCI-E.

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

@Brink2Three Can't you download the video? In the bios, it is set as Auto, but I still tried it in the PCI-e mode.

@Brink2Three Nope! Did you watch the video?

Yes. I watched the video. Does the graphics card get power when you turn it on?
