But yea that system is perfect, maybe a 1tb hard drive? lol 500gb is a bit small at least for me. But yea what ever works for you :P

august is still far away, and new cpu and gpu will come out by then, i recommend you start planning a month before you buy

if you want comments on your current build

thats not a really good PSU, get something more decent for a gaming rig

get a larger HDD, 1tb atleast, 500gb isnt worth your money compared to 1tb in my experience

get a better cpu cooler if you want to overclock your CPU more

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Thanks for the suggestion dude. I'll just replace the WD Blue 1TB

I have a forum tip for you, to reply to someone press the quote bottom under their comment. Hope this helps lol

P.S Monzy is right pascal should come out before august so a 970 might not be a good choice lol.

The PSU is crap. Get an PSU from XFX or Seasonic, Selected models from EVGA such as the B2, G2, GS or GQ, Selected models from Antec like the High Current Series.

A 500GB HDD is not worth the money, fork out the extra $10 and get a 1TB drive.

I heard the B2 had terrible efficiency and crappy lifespan, is that true? lol

Can you get your parts overseas? I know PH tax is bonkers. Get a NZXT S340 or Air  540 instead.

It is a bronze certified PSU, it will be just as efficient as the CX he is choosing (or any other bronze certified unit), but it is a hell of a lot better PSU so it will last longer and is a lot more reliable.

No, I don't think it will, but it still should be replaced with a better PSU.

The CXM series is slightly better than the standard CX's

CX 430-600 < CX 430M-600M < CX 750-850 < CX 400 < CX 750M-850M
