Node 202 build for $850

Ever since I built a new gaming computer, I have been encouraging my friend, who I play games with a lot, to build himself a new gaming PC. He doesn't know much about that kind of stuff though, so I am planning it out for him and am going to help him build it. His only requirements were that he wants to keep it under $900, he wants a nvidia card to stream to his shield and he wants it to be very small.

I'm open to any suggestions except for the case because he seemed to really like that case

There's not really much to do with this build, as it is quite good, but You could switch the cpu over to a 6600 without changing anything and keep it under $900
