netgear router issues

I cannot ping with my router despite me being connected via an Ethernet cable. All the lights are on  therouter. I've tried resetting it and powering it on and off. when I type in ipconfig /all into command prompt this is what pops up. I am not sure what could be wrong either. my computer also doesn't recognize my router. please help
