Looking to buy new monitors

Hi i'm looking to buy 2 new monitors for my setup. im looking for ones that are 23-24 inches and are around $200 CAD and that have a vesa mount and a decent response time (like 5ms or lower). Also it would be nice if they had slim bezels but not really my first priority.
