Hi.

I changed the psu of my PC today. The ,12 V is behind the cooler.  The wire was a little short . so after pushing against the cooler i decided to take it off. While taking off my cooler the CPU came with it. With the lever locked. The CPU is dead. Many bend pins and 1 broken one. I had an old CPU lying around. Witch had bend pins also before. I put it into the socket. It van still be locked. So it doesn't sit loose. I reattched everything  and tried to boot. It didn't. Fans start spinning and lights flash. But nothing appears on the screen. Not even the oem logo.

Did i wrecked the socket? Or do i need an new cpu?
