need help, building home server/mini Nas

Hello, i am looking to put together a home server/mini nas for fun and such. I want new and fresh parts, but i want a deadsilent/low power build. The chassi i want to use is Fractal Design Node 605. Need help with the rest, budget is around 400euros - 800euros.   Sorry for the bad english.
