Looking for Poles living in Warsaw that can advice ISP change

Hello,

Myabe this topic is unusuall but well i need help since my local ISP which is UPC has some problem in past 3 months (they know what does it but they cant find the source WHICH is hilarious due to fact the issue is present in my area and the area next to it WHICH (once again) are not large ones . So i got DC in games, websites sometimes does not load or loads incorrectly (sometimes i need to refresh it like 4 or 6 times ). IF i use some streaming service then my net feels like i am on 1Mb/s with old router (when in reality i have midish modem with router and 250 Mb/s download and 20 upload divided to 3 computers (upload is same on all of them) and a wifi network that to be frank we dont use much and IMAO does not cause such problems). So i want to change my ISP but i dont know where to ask for honest opinion (cuz only tech forum i know and i am in love is here due to fact this community helped me a lot and propably more than my country one could do).

I am glad with any constructive answer :P.

Cheers

Your alternatives are:

Vectra, Orange, Netia and depending from your location it is possible that there are some local providers.

Unfortunatelly, there is no way to know if any of the mentioned ISP will be better than UPC.

Personally I would go for Orange Supernova (their FTTH solution).

You can get speeds up to 600mbits for 110złotys or $29 per month.

And you get pretty nice router.

I would advise to sign contract for 6 months first.

and you dont know somebody that could provide more information about netia? atleast their TV since internet aside i need some TV offer with it since we got UPC package of 150 channels (60 are hd ) with internet and sadly my parents that holds the contract and only they can change it ? OR does vectra needs cable to activate their TV offer?
