Looking a new mobo,etc

My computer now has I5 4650K,shitty gigabyte mobo.Integrated network card isnt working properly,and bunch of other issues.Time to upgrade.i was wondering if i only buy the new mobo Z97,or change everything to skylake.Which one makes more sense? for OC gaming.What mobo? (no gigabyte),cpu?

if you are using haswell, i dont see a reason to go skylake

 

no budget? asus z97 deluxe?

The SLI Krait z97 is always a nice and good board. Low price - lots of features - best chipset - and looks pretty darn good imo
