I'll make a share for home media use

and another for archiving/steam library.

I might not even get around doing it.

Will there be any transcoding users (through something like Plex)? And what OS did you plan on running?

If you planned on having more than two 1080p streams you'd want to go with an i3 rather than a Pentium.

For just archiving a Pentium would be more than enough, but if for some reason you wanted to get something more powerful on the off chance you want more power in the future, then literally any i3 is good.

There was nothing wrong with your inital build. If you don't need more power than a Pentium, then a Pentium is a fine choice. But yes, that looks good, the only thing I would really think about is how important is it that the system is mITX since it is very limiting as to the number of drives you can have -- something like a Node 804 isn't that much bigger but has support for up to 10 drives).
